Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TimeFrame ("the Service"), operated by Ionia Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
TimeFrame is a scheduling application that integrates with Farcaster and Google Calendar. The Service allows users to:
- Set availability schedules
- Share booking links with others
- Automatically create calendar events with Google Meet links
- Receive notifications for booking requests
- Optionally upgrade to Pro features via USDC payment
Account and Authentication
To use TimeFrame, you must have a Farcaster account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Farcaster account and any actions taken through TimeFrame using your account.
By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize TimeFrame to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the Service
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or attempt to exploit the Service
- Respect the privacy and time of users who book with you
- Honor meeting commitments made through the platform
Pro Subscription and Payments
TimeFrame offers optional Pro features available through USDC payment on the Base blockchain. By purchasing a Pro subscription:
- You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot issue refunds for on-chain payments
- Monthly subscriptions provide access for 30 days from the date of purchase
- Lifetime subscriptions (when available) provide permanent access
- Pro features may change over time as we improve the Service
Google Calendar Integration
TimeFrame's use of Google Calendar data is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We access your calendar solely to:
- Check your availability for scheduling
- Create calendar events for confirmed bookings
- Generate Google Meet links for meetings
You can revoke TimeFrame's access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account settings or the TimeFrame app.
Intellectual Property
TimeFrame and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ionia Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
We are not responsible for:
- Missed meetings due to technical issues
- Calendar synchronization delays
- Google Calendar or Google Meet service interruptions
- Blockchain network delays or failures
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IONIA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Google Calendar and ceasing to use TimeFrame.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
