TimeFrame ("we," "our," or "us") is a scheduling application operated by Ionia Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Farcaster Account Information
- Farcaster ID (FID)
- Username and display name
- Profile picture URL
This information is obtained through Farcaster's authentication system when you use TimeFrame as a Mini App.
Google Calendar Data
- OAuth refresh tokens (stored securely to maintain calendar access)
- Event IDs for calendar events we create on your behalf
We request access to your Google Calendar to create events with Google Meet links when someone books time with you. Availability is managed within TimeFrame itself, not by reading your existing calendar events.
Booking Information
- Guest email addresses
- Guest names (optional)
- Booking notes (optional)
- Meeting times and durations
Preferences and Settings
- Timezone preferences
- Availability schedules
- Custom booking URL slugs
- Manual approval preferences
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage calendar events on your behalf
- Generate Google Meet links for scheduled meetings
- Display your availability to potential guests
- Send booking notifications through Farcaster
- Process Pro subscription payments
- Improve and maintain our service
Third-Party Services
TimeFrame integrates with the following third-party services:
- Google Calendar API - To create calendar events with Google Meet links. Google's privacy policy applies to calendar data: policies.google.com/privacy
- Farcaster - For authentication and notifications. Your Farcaster account is subject to Farcaster's terms and privacy policies.
- Base Blockchain - Pro subscription payments are processed on the Base network using USDC. Blockchain transactions are public and immutable.
- Supabase - Our database provider, hosted in secure data centers.
- Vercel - Our hosting provider for the web application.
Google API Services User Data Policy
TimeFrame's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- What we access: We create calendar events on your primary Google Calendar with meeting details and Google Meet video conferencing links.
- What we store: Your Google OAuth refresh token (encrypted) and the event IDs of calendar events we create.
- What we share: Calendar event data is only sent to Google to create events on your behalf. We do not share your Google data with any other third parties.
- How to revoke access: You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time through TimeFrame settings, or revoke access directly via your Google Account permissions.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
- Account data is retained until you disconnect your Google Calendar or request deletion
- Meeting records are retained for 12 months after the meeting date
- Blockchain transaction records are permanent and public
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Disconnect your Google Calendar at any time through the app
- Revoke TimeFrame's access via your Google Account settings
Children's Privacy
TimeFrame is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
